We know billing questions are stressful — here's exactly how annual and monthly billing compare, and how to switch between them.

Both the Intentional and Devoted plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers a meaningful discount and is charged as a single payment at the start of your billing year.

Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment — $288 for Intentional or $468 for Devoted. The monthly equivalent figures above reflect what that breaks down to per month.

Refunds on Annual Plans

Annual plans are covered by the same 7-day money-back guarantee as monthly plans. If you purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within 7 days of payment, you'll receive the full annual charge back — no questions asked. After 7 days, annual plans are not refundable. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for unused months on an annual plan.

Canceling an Annual Plan

Canceling an annual plan stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the year — you will not be charged again. Your access continues in full until the end of the year you've already paid for. There is no early termination or loss of access when you cancel an annual plan.

How to Switch from Monthly to Annual

  1. Go to Account → Billing → Switch to Annual.
  2. Review the annual pricing and confirm.
  3. The switch takes effect at your next billing cycle. You'll finish your current monthly period, then be charged the annual rate.

How to Switch from Annual to Monthly

Switching from annual to monthly requires a manual step from our team, since it involves adjusting your renewal terms. Email support@uvettd.com and let us know you'd like to move to monthly billing. We'll set this up to take effect at your next annual renewal — your current annual period continues uninterrupted.

App Store Subscribers

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your billing interval is managed by Apple or Google. To switch between annual and monthly, you'll need to manage that through your device's subscription settings. UVettd cannot change App Store billing intervals directly.

Common questions about this topic

Can I switch from annual to monthly mid-year?
Not mid-year — the switch takes effect at your next renewal. Your current annual period runs its full course. Email support@uvettd.com to set this up and we'll make sure the change is applied before your next charge.
If I cancel my annual plan, do I get a partial refund for the unused months?
Only if you're within the 7-day guarantee window from your original purchase date. After that, annual plans do not have pro-rata or partial refunds. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid year — you're not losing anything by canceling early, you're just stopping the renewal.
Does the Founder rate apply to annual billing?
If you have a Founder rate or a promotional price, that pricing applies to your subscription as configured at sign-up. Contact support@uvettd.com to confirm exactly how your rate applies before switching billing intervals, so there are no surprises.
Is the annual payment charged all at once?
Yes. Annual billing is a single upfront charge — $288 for Intentional or $468 for Devoted. This covers 12 months of access from the payment date. You will not be billed again until your renewal date, at which point you can choose to continue annually or switch to monthly.
What happens to my data if I don't renew an annual plan?
If your annual plan ends and you don't renew, your account moves to the Curious (free) tier. All your evaluations, CAMERA Method™ scores, and UVettd Compass results are preserved. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access to archived data immediately.
