Understand how your AI message allowance works — and how to keep Vetted running when you need it most.

Video 1.2 — The Routing Hub Walkthrough (Singles Path) — coming soon to the Lens tab.
Your monthly AI message allowance powers your Vetted evaluations with Yvette. Knowing how it's counted, when it resets, and what your options are when you run low will help you get the most out of your plan without surprises.
What Counts as a Message
Each exchange you have with Yvette inside a Vetted evaluation counts as one message. That means: you send a message, Yvette responds — that's one message used. It doesn't matter how long or short the exchange is. A quick clarification and a detailed prospect analysis both count the same.
Yvette's coaching responses in Presence do not count toward your message limit. Only Vetted evaluation conversations are counted.
Monthly Limits by Plan
- Curious (free): 100 messages per month
- Intentional: 1100 messages per month
- Devoted: 500 messages per month
When Messages Reset
Your message count resets on your billing date — the same day each month that your subscription renews. If your billing date is the 14th, your messages reset on the 14th each month. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.
How to See Your Remaining Messages
Your current message count is always visible in your Account dashboard. Navigate to Account → Usage to see how many messages you've used this month and how many remain before your next reset date.
Usage Packs — When You Need More
If you hit your monthly limit before the reset and don't want to wait, usage packs let you add more messages without changing your plan. Each usage pack costs $19.99 and adds 100 messages to your account. They never expire — if you don't use all 50 this month, they carry forward to next month and beyond. Purchase as many as you need from Account → Billing.
What Happens When You Run Out
Running out of messages doesn't lock you out of UVettd. All other features continue working normally — your Presence journaling, Lens certifications, Love(r)view dashboard, ShowUp, and any previously completed CAMERA Method™ Reports are all still accessible. The only thing that pauses is new Vetted evaluation conversations with Yvette. Once your billing date resets your count, or once you purchase a usage pack, Vetted resumes immediately.
Meeting Prep and Message Usage
Meeting Prep (available on Intentional and Devoted plans) generates a pre-date briefing using your existing evaluation data. This does not use your AI message allowance — it's a structured output from your saved CAMERA Method™ Report, not an interactive Yvette conversation.
Common questions about this topic
- Do unused messages roll over to next month?
- No. Monthly plan messages reset to zero on your billing date — unused messages from the current cycle don't carry over. Usage pack messages are different: they have no expiry and do carry forward indefinitely until used.
- Does Meeting Prep use messages?
- No. Meeting Prep draws from your existing saved evaluation data and doesn't start an interactive conversation with Yvette. It doesn't count against your monthly message allowance.
- Can I buy multiple usage packs at once?
- Yes. You can purchase as many usage packs as you need from Account → Billing. Each $19.99 pack adds 100 messages, and all pack messages accumulate in your balance. There's no limit on how many you can hold.
- Does the Curious (free) plan also get usage packs?
- Usage packs are available on paid plans (Intentional and Devoted) only. If you're on Curious and hitting the message limit regularly, that's a good signal that upgrading to Intentional would give you a meaningfully better experience.
- If I upgrade my plan mid-month, do my messages refresh?
- When you upgrade, you move to the new plan's message limit immediately. Your count doesn't reset — but the higher limit takes effect right away, so if you had 100 messages on Curious and upgrade to Intentional (1100 messages), you'd gain access to the remaining headroom up to the Intentional limit.
