ShowUp — Your Photo Intelligence

Find out whether your photos actually show who you are — not just what you look like.

ShowUp evaluates your photo portfolio against your own UVettd Compass values. It's not about attractiveness — it's about alignment. Are the photos you're putting into the world presenting the version of you that matches what you say you value? ShowUp gives you an honest, intelligent read on that question.

How to Access ShowUp

Navigate to the You tab in the bottom navigation, then select ShowUp. You can also go directly to /you in the app. From there, you'll be prompted to upload or select the photos you want evaluated.

What Clear Shot Analyzes

Clear Shot is the photo intelligence engine inside ShowUp. It looks at each photo across several dimensions:

• Composition: Framing, lighting quality, visual clarity
• Background signals: What your environment communicates about your lifestyle and priorities
• Presentation alignment: Whether the visual story your photos tell matches the values you've set in your UVettd Compass

The feedback isn't generic. If your Compass reflects high Creativity but your photos show only formal settings, Clear Shot will name that gap. If your photos strongly align with your stated values, it will confirm that too. The goal is self-awareness, not a performance score.

Your UVettd Badge

Once you've completed your ShowUp assessment, you can download your UVettd badge. The badge signals something real: you've done the reflective work of understanding who you are and how you show up. It's a mark of intentionality — not perfection.

To download your badge, tap the Download Badge button on the ShowUp results screen. The badge is saved as a high-resolution image you can use anywhere.

The QR Watermark — What It Does

Your badge includes a subtle QR watermark. When someone scans it, they're taken directly to a sign-up page with your referral code pre-filled. If they create an account, it's attributed to you automatically — no copy-paste required. You don't need to do anything extra. The QR watermark handles referral attribution silently in the background.

Where to Use Your Badge

Your badge works anywhere you share yourself online:

• Dating app profile photos — as a secondary image or overlay
• Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social profiles
• Substack author pages or content creator bios
• Anywhere you want to signal to a potential partner that you're an intentional dater who has done the inner work

It's a low-pressure way to start a conversation. Some people recognize it. Others scan the QR. Both outcomes are useful.

Photo Storage

Photos you submit to ShowUp are analyzed and then discarded. UVettd does not retain copies of your photos in storage. The Clear Shot analysis output is saved to your profile, but the original images are not held on UVettd servers after processing.

What is the badge for?

The badge signals that you've completed a values-aligned self-assessment through UVettd. It's designed to communicate intentionality to potential partners — on dating apps, social media, or anywhere else you share yourself. It also doubles as a referral tool via the embedded QR watermark.

Will my photos be stored by UVettd?

No. Photos submitted to ShowUp are processed by Clear Shot for analysis and then deleted from our servers. Only the written analysis output is saved to your profile — not the photos themselves.

What does Clear Shot actually look at?

Clear Shot analyzes photo composition, background context, and how well your visual presentation aligns with the values you've defined in your UVettd Compass. It's not evaluating your appearance — it's evaluating whether who you say you are comes through in how you show up visually.

Can I re-run ShowUp with different photos?

Yes. You can return to ShowUp and submit a new set of photos at any time. Each analysis runs fresh against your current Compass values, so if your values have evolved, your results will reflect that too.
